I have housed a retail presence for project marketing in Steveston Village for over 20 years, managing the sale of dozens of projects and offering a high foot traffic location for pre-construction project displays.

My training originally comes by way of B.C.I.T.’s Building Technology and U.B.C.’s Urban and Land Economics programs. In addition to my many years of sales experience and project marketing, I also have extensive knowledge in land assembly, rezoning, and building. I am President of RE/MAX Westcoast StevestonRealEstate.com, which is where I base my 10-person, licenced sales team. We also staff on-site presentation centres and display homes, offering real estate sales services in English and Mandarin.
