Leana has been a Richmond resident since 1997. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hunanese and Chaozhounese. Leana became a licensed realtor in 2004 and was awarded with RLP Sale Achievement in 2005 and Master Sales in 2006. Currently Leana is a member of Vancouver Entrepreneur Toast Master Club. Leana majored in Architecture and studied Green Building at UBC. She has worked with Architectural firms in Vancouver and China and a construction Company in Richmond, through which she has gained proficient knowledge in building design and construction. She has designed, renovated, decorated and constructed many buildings since 1993. Leana has developed a series of customized strategies to assist clients in real estate transactions. She is patient, honest and friendly. It is very rewarding for her to help people achieve their goals and to be part of their happy memories. In her spare time, Leana enjoys swimming, walking her dog, and dancing.
