Albert has been a Richmond resident since 1985. He is fluent in English and Cantonese with a great knowledge of the Richmond Residential Market. He was born in China and educated in Hong Kong. He is happily married and has 2 kids, a boy and a girl. He immigrated to Canada in 1977. Albert has been a licensed realtor since 1992 and has achieved the Medallion Club in 1997 and 1998.
He has been with Steveston Real Estate team since 2004. Among other things, Albert's hobbies include music and photography. For the past 3 years, Albert has been a Director of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver in Richmond/South Delta; he is also a member and a Director of the Rotary Club of Richmond since 1997.
